River is the son of two of the most respected horses in the Haflinger breed. He is now retired from breeding, but we still regard him as the foundation sire of our herd. Breeding to him was a one of a kind genetic opportunity since he has no full siblings. He exhibits a natural, effortless canter and has a rich copper color. River was the 2004 National Reserve Jr. Champion Pleasure Stallion. He stands at 60 inches and exhibits Rivella's incredible balance.
