We purchased Flo in the spring of 2015 to be a children's horse. She is really good with kids. Her mother was an Amadeus daughter imported from Austria. Amadeus was the World Champion Stallion. Like many top horses, Flo's mother wintered in Florida. When they saw the little filly running in the pasture next to her mother, they named her Floridian. We shortened it to Flo.
